Extra charges applicable on actuals:
- Electricity Infrastructure cost
- DG Charges
- Municipal / Property Tax
- Legal Charges towards execution of Agreement for sale and Registration.
- Stamp Duty and Registration charges.
- Sinking Fund
- Advance Maintenance charges
Terms of Payment:
- Booking Amount Rs. 5,00,000/-
- 25% amount to be paid within 30 days of booking.
- Balance amount within 3 months from the date of Booking or Registration – whichever is earlier.
No Cancellation Charges before the execution of Agreement for Sale. Rs. 25,000/- to be charged in case Cancelation is done after the execution of Agreement for Sale.
No Nomination Charges shall be applicable in the case of 1st Nomination.
Conversion and Boundary wall of the Plot shall be done by the Developer at their Cost.
