24) Is there any Loan Facility that can be obtained?
LAP facility shall be available from Bank on the Market Value of the Property after completion of Registration and Mutation of the Plot.

25) What is the date of Possession of the Plot?
The Plots can be handed over within 3 months from the date of Execution of Agreement for Sale.

26) What is the expected date of Possession of the Industrial Park?
The Entire Project is expected to be handed over within 36 months.

27) In what time is the registration of the Plots possible?
The Registration of the Plots can be completed immedialty.

28) Has the Developer done any Registration of the Plot to any Purchaser?
Yes. Registration of Few Plots for the Purchasers have already been completed, and Mutation – Conversion done.
